As I, and many others, have been blogging about Twitter usage lately, I realize that explanations need to be broken down into lots, and I mean lots, of smaller parts. A friend recently described Twitter as a culture, not a platform or a program, and that&#039;s an apt description. People use Twitter in lots of different ways, and new users need to dive into the culture, learn all they can, and discover how Twitter can work for them.</description>
